One piece of equipment. One goal. Body transformation. One kettlebell, high intensity, low impact, total body workout that will strengthen, shred, and sculpt your entire body.

Two kettlebells are used in this high intensity interval training class. Fast and powerful, always ending with a fun finisher.

soulfusion

Soulfusion

A creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight strength training exercises all set to fun music. SOULfusion™ trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels.

pilates

Pilates

A mat based workout. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Konga

The class that has it all! Dance, Boxing, sculpting to transform and shape the entire body. Every class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated and allows every participant to work to their own intensity.

hatha yoga

Hatha Yoga

A calm and gentle practice, designed to teach us how to switch off, take time for ourselves, and relax the mind and the body; a skill that many of us struggle with.

leg bums & tums

LBT

An old school Legs, Bums and Tums class. Simple and effective exercises designed to tone, tighten and strengthen. Different every class, we incorporate weights and resistance bands as well as bodyweight exercises.

Boxing Fitness

A great form of cardio fitness. Using boxing inspired exercises, both upper and lower body will be engaged, your heart rate will increase, and you will have a great workout.

Parking

Daytime – street parking only – the yard is busy with deliveries all day.

Street parking is 2 hours in a disc zone.

Evening – you can park in the yard, but please be considerate for the other people with units, they will need access. There is plenty of street parking in the area.

Directions

Not far from the old Studio.

Travel down Denton Street. Turn right on to Norfolk Street. Half way down the street on the right is SM Flooring. Our building is to the left of the shop. Half way down the yard, black door – that’s us!!
