Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
This class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and the sweat dripping, all whilst you have loads of fun.

HIIT Training

High Intensity Interval Training is a form of exercise in which you alternate between very intense periods of exercise and shorter recovery periods. It is a popular way to burn more fat, improve endurance, and build strength. All classes will vary and there will be modifications so anyone can partake, no matter what your fitness level.



This workout method takes the basics of kettlebells and puts it in an exercise class. Kettlercise uses one piece of equipment; a kettlebell. A kettlebell is a type of weight that looks a bit like a bowling ball with a handle on the top. Kettlebells come in a variety of weights so you can work with what suits you. The Kettlebells are available in a variety of weights from 2kg upwards, so you can choose a weight that is right for you. All equipment is provided.

There are none. All fitness classes are open to everyone. Therefore we have no cancellation policy. Turn up, work out, have fun.

If some fitness classes prove to be very busy, a booking policy may come into place in the future.
